Joe Stephanian
Owner and President
Joe Stephanian, a prominent and highly respected provider of finishing and restoration in the Northern Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC regions, and has been active in the industry since 1988, having begun his career at entry level. Joe is a member of many business groups and has participated in numerous IICRC and ASCR Certification Classes. He proudly holds the highest professional designation in his field. Joe is also an accomplished artist, which further lends to the success of A Quality Finish. Joe lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Deborah, and their three children.
Ann E. Saunders
Operations Manager
Ann has been with A Quality Finish for more than 19 years and embodies a can-do attitude with exceptional customer service. Prior to joining A Quality Finish, Ann spent 16 years in branch banking, where she served as Assistant Manager and Customer Service Manager. Ann plays an integral role in the daily shop operations and correspondence with our customers.
Joel Stephanian
Senior Production Manager
Joel is a second-generation Stephanian and Joe’s eldest son. He apprenticed under Joe for more than 10 years and now serves as Shop Manager. Joel is a critical thinker and the go-to for addressing challenging situations while also accomplishing company goals. His contributions have been essential to the continued growth and success of A Quality Finish.
